We collect only the information needed to understand an inquiry, operate this website, and protect it from abuse. Do not submit passwords, API keys, confidential source code, private records, regulated data, or other sensitive information through the website.
Project inquiries
The contact links on this site prepare an email in your own email application. You review and send that message yourself. The name, organization, and contact email fields shown in the project guide stay in your browser and are added to the prepared email only when you choose to open it.
Gemini-powered project guide
The optional project guide sends the project description and recent guide conversation to Google Gemini so it can ask a follow-up question and organize a draft inquiry. The guide does not need confidential information. It asks for consent before the first request and stores its working draft in your current browser session.
Basic abuse-prevention records may include a shortened network identifier, request counts, the page used, and timestamps. These records are not intended to identify a visitor and are kept only as needed to operate and protect the service.
Hosting and service providers
The public website and its server functions run on Cloudflare. Google provides the Gemini model used by the optional project guide. Your email provider handles any inquiry you choose to send. Each provider may process technical information needed to deliver its service under its own terms and privacy practices.
Your choices
You can use the site without opening the project guide. You can dismiss the guide for the current visit, decline its consent request, clear the session draft by closing the session, or contact us directly by email. To ask about information you sent to us, write to sohagan.dev@aiembeddedsystems.com.
