Name, email, organization, role, selected service or investor interest, and the message or project details you submit.
Effective July 10, 2026. This notice covers public inquiry forms and the private company workspace.
Name, email, organization, role, selected service or investor interest, and the message or project details you submit.
To assess fit, prepare a reply or quote, track the relationship, prevent repeated spam, and keep a reviewable company record.
Public inquiries are stored in a Cloudflare-hosted database and mirrored into the access-controlled Ai Embedded Systems Contacts workspace.
The service stores a one-way hash derived from the request IP address for rate limiting. The public lead record does not store the raw IP address.
Do not send passwords, API keys, recovery codes, payment card data, medical records, government identifiers, or other restricted information through public forms.
Public inquiry records are limited to approved company workspace users and service providers needed to operate the site.
We keep inquiry records while the relationship or business record is useful. Ask us to correct or delete your public inquiry record when legal or operational requirements allow.
GitHub, Google, email, and other linked services apply their own privacy terms when you leave this site.
Email Robert Delgado or Shawn O'Hagan with a privacy request.
