Website and service terms.
These terms cover use of the public website. Paid work is governed by the written proposal, statement of work, or other signed agreement for that project.
Public site
Use the site as information, not a substitute for a signed scope.
No guaranteed result
Examples, targets, roadmaps, and estimated outcomes are not guarantees. Technical results depend on data, hardware, users, access, and the agreed environment.
External links
GitHub, Google, Cloudflare, model providers, and other linked services apply their own terms and privacy practices.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse forms, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the service, or submit unlawful, harmful, or restricted material.
Paid work
The project document controls the engagement.
Scope and changes
Deliverables, exclusions, schedule, fee, access, and acceptance checks are written. Additional work requires an agreed change.
Third-party costs
Hosting, model APIs, software licenses, data, hardware, travel, and compute are separate unless the project document says otherwise.
Ownership and licenses
Client deliverables, reusable tools, open-source components, and third-party material are handled according to the signed project terms and applicable licenses.
Data and security
Data access, providers, retention, deletion, and security responsibilities are project-specific. See the security page and privacy notice.
